Chanel: Melbourne Only Limited Edition Jumbo Classic 2.55 in Gold

We have all heard about Chadstone's luxury wing and I've read somewhere in the news that there will be a "Melbourne Only" limited edition bag designed exclusively by Karl Lagerfeld himself. I had to admit they had me at "limited edition".
It wasn't until I saw this gorgeous quilted lambskin bag (in picture) on Vogue December many weeks ago; that I actually fell in love with it and knew I had to have it.
You won't believe the amount of time I spent on phone coaxing Chanel staffers for the actual details, waiting list, store details, etc. Suffice to say, the staffs at Chanel boutique (Collins St) were useless and unfriendly!
This beige gold (duo colour effect - silvery in day light and gold in night light) super luxurious lambskin classic 2.55 is absolutely gorgeous. It also has the Paris Venice Lion around the double C signature logo instead of the usual interlock C logo.
There's also a plaque inside the bag that says "Melbourne Limited'. How awesome is that?
It was certainly interesting for me to read the article. Thanx for it. I like such topics and everything connected to them. I would like to read a bit more soon.
