Vital: Organic Rooibos Tea

Worth your money bits:

  • Rooibos tea has long renowned for its ability to prevent and treat a range of ailments
  • High in antioxidant
  • Organic and is low in tannins
  • Doubles as an inexpensive skin freshener just mist cold Rooibos Tea to skin for a refreshing change. Other ways you can use this is to add a bag or two into your bath to rid itchy/dry skin and add shine to your hair by rinsing it with cooled Rooibos tea.
  • You can also apply warm tea bag to the skin to help soothe/calm puffy eyes or blotchy skin

Prefer it to: Taste a bit better. I’ll be honest, the first time sipping got me pretty disgusted with it because of its strong earthy/woody notes but like with other food, you’ll get use to it in time. They also encourage to use drink this with some honey or milk.

Great for: People who can’t take caffeine like myself. If you’re looking for a tea that’s high in antioxidant this is it! I’ve always find green tea gives me the bloat but this Rooibos tea doesn’t gives me any bloat issues which is a bonus!
