Rimmel – Union Jack Eyeshadow
RRP AUD$15.95 each
Every palette comes with 4 shades (from light to dark) in a Union Jack design. Love the design and packaging just be extra careful when picking up pigments to not mix the light shades and the dark shades together.
Chanel – Ligne Extreme Eye Liner #307
RRP AUD$45
Party gold liquid liner! You can see the expert – Lisa Eldridge working her magic with it here.
My personal way of doing it is starting my usual black eye liner and finishing the flick with this gold liquid liner.
Chanel – Illusion D’ombre #84 Epatant
(Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow)
RRP AUD$48
This is hands down Chanel’s 2011 best product for eye make up product. Comes in a range of six totally wearable and collectable shades, all Illusion D’Ombre comes with an individual brush that helps keep application clean and free of shadow cross contamination.
This jelly-gel like shadow surprisingly delivers intense shimmery pigment (which I love) and is super long lasting. Definitely double thumbs up and stock them up when you can.
Garnier - Youthful Radiance Anti-Dark Circles Roll-On Concealer
RRP AUD$18.95
Covers under eye dark circles and treats the eye areas (concealer + eye treatment) at the same time.
I have not met a person who have used this and don’t like it. Get on it.
Tom Ford – Eye Color Quad #08 Sahara Haze
RRP AUD$100
This is definitely one of those palettes I am keeping for myself and no amount of begging from a dear friend will let me allow to share with them when they come over to play make up. This unusual eye shadow quad comes with two matte shades (top row) and two shimmery (bottom row) shades. Gives the combination of smooth matte base/shading shades and shimmery/glittery darker shades for crease and lining up party eyes.
NP Set – Rainbow Eye Palette
RRP AUD$29
Budget friendly palette that comes with 15 shades that are quite universally flattering from nude browns, smokey hues to the brighter playful shades. I use these shadows with my NARS eyeshadow primer and haven’t had any issues, the colours are medium pigment and are long lasting.
Maybelline – EyeStudio Hyper Diamond Eyeshadow Palette
RRP AUD$18.95 each
If you like intense shimmers paired with pigment shadows, these are some of the palettes you don’t want to miss. While I am not a big drug store brand type of girl, I must say Maybelline has eye shadows make up category mastered. They never fail to deliver and won’t cost you an arm and a leg for the quality of the products that release. Texture is always soft, very blendable and packed with pigments.
Clinique – High Impact Mascara
RRP AUD$38
Separates, defines and lengthens minus the clump and annoying flakes. Long wearing and enhances my existing curled lashes without weighing them down. Also one of Clinique’s best selling mascara, definitely worth checking out when you’re at a local counter next.
Xtreme Lashes – Hydrating Gel Patches
RRP AUD$30
Of course with all the late night parties, it is crucial to replenish what’s loss. Xtreme Lashes does some really well fitted Hydrating Gel Patches that keeps the eye area well moistured and to prevent early signs of ageing.
