Lindt Excellence recently released four new flavours for their existing dark chocolate collection. The four newest and enticing flavours delivers adventurous taste to our taste buds. I for one is extra excited about this because I am a big fan of dark chocolate and it is about time for dark chocolate to be adventurous as well.

Strawberry Intense – Love strawberries? You’ll love this luxurious and fragrant taste. Did you know this incorporates actual freeze dried strawberries?  Definitely my favourite pick out of the four new flavours, everyone at work polished this off when this landed on my desk.

Coconut Intense – This flavour consist of elegant silvers of toasted coconut. The exotic flavour of gently caramelized coconut flakes add a touch of sweetness and balances the depth of the dark chocolate. If you like coconut, you MUST try this. I was not a fan of chocolate with coconut mix before, this one actually tasted pretty good and really fragrant.

Passion Fruit Intense – Like exotic, tropical fruit? The combination of tart passion fruit and toasted almond silvers. If you’re into fruity chocolate, this is it for you!!

A touch of Sea Salt - I saved this for the last because this is also one of my favourite. The intensity of the dark chocolate mixed with only the finest crystals of Fleur de Sel (flower of salt) from Brittany aka sea salt from the most pure and rarest form. It isn’t stand out in the mouth the moment you pop this in your mouth but once dissolved, the sea salt POPS out and blends really well with the dark chocolate leaving this salty craving after. WARNING, very addictive.
